“Over all I had a good experience. All the notification about the process and where our order was in the making process was good. It took a lot longer than we thought to get our order but we understand it is the times we live in. If we had an issue they were quick to respond and take care of it.”

“I have an older home with a small front door so to get a sofa in, it needed to come unassembled. I found Burrow and ordered based on reviews and my needs and I'm so glad I did. The couch is perfect and exactly as advertised. I went with the cream fabric and wood legs. The only challenge was some slight difficulty getting the arms on but with a rubber mallet, it went right in. I am glad I made this purchase, better then the quality I was seeing on Amazon.”

“We have some swivel lounge chairs in our office and wanted to make our space look more comfortable for informal meetings, and I think this couch meets our goal. It has a medium firmness level, which is exactly what we wanted, and a USB charging port, which is convenient (yet not in plain sight). The simple, clean lines and stain-resistant fabric make it a great fit for our needs.”

“We are very grateful to have found Burrow! We wanted to support a small company with great products that are made in the US and sourced responsibly. I never thought I would purchase a sofa that would arrive in boxes and really be impressed and check of those requirements but - I am! Take the time to read the reviews, they are the testament to the hard working, fast to respond to communications promised by Burrow and they deliver what they have promised. Great Nomad Sofa, reasonably priced from a company that I hope continues to reinvent purchasing furniture while keeping it simple and fun. No tools required - really. A little strength needed to make one section latch perfectly, but a great experience overall. Thank you for what you are providing Burrow!”
