“Pros: This couch is extremely easy to assemble. Directions are super simple and clear. I am a 33-year-old single woman and was easily able to put together my king chaise sofa all by myself. The color is great! It is a heathered charcoal gray. The material is very quality and sturdy, does not show lint. The material has worn well although I have not spilled anything on it and I do not have pets. The back cushions stay put. The reversible cushions make it fun to change up the style.
Cons: The couch is not very comfortable. You can’t sit on it straight without needing a pillow in the small of your back. And you can’t sit on it for a long period of time without needing to change positions and or lay down bc your back starts to get sore. I’ve had the couch for about two months and I’m not sure how well the cushions are wearing. About every two weeks I have to change the position of the cushions because the foam inside gets wrinkly if you sit in the same spot for too long. The price is also too expensive for what it is worth. I guess you are paying for the convenience of being able to take it apart though which I understand. Otherwise, the couch should only cost about $1000 for the quality of it .
Overall, I like the couch enough to not want to deal with the hassle of returning it. If I would have seen it in person before I bought it I probably would not have got it because it’s so hard and uncomfortable. But it’s good enough and it does look really nice in my apartment!”
“We've been really enjoying the couch -- we prefer couches that are a tad firmer, and the cushions are just right for us. The fabric is good quality, as well. Assembly of our three sections was 20 minutes of work for one person, and hopefully when we move to our next place, it'll be easy enough to break down, pack up, and move over! And we will love to have this at our new place, we know.
That said, the USB charging port on our model is a little awkward to interact with -- if you were thinking of just keeping a cable plugged in all the time, perhaps it's fine, but getting it blind in that first time is a bit of a hassle. But that's a really small detail.
Additionally, one of the vacuum-packed cushions never really quite re-inflated as much as the others. It's a little noticeable, but we're okay with it; we would have reached out to Burrow to complain otherwise!”

“I love the ability to be able to modify a couch to fit the needs of a house. Small spaces, basements, upstairs through a narrow hallway, I have the ability to dis-assemble and set back up quickly. It is a great looking modern sofa, and comfortable as well. Great couch!”
“I got the couch and chaise. I'm in love. First of all, set up... so easy! My husband kept saying "that's it?" the timeframes were spot on. 15 min for couch, 5 for the chaise. Pretty sure unboxing took longer. Next, really comfortable and stylish looking. I was mostly trying to avoid the horrible sales rep experience in the store by ordering on line but I'm really happy with the products. We've only had a few weeks so I can't speak to longevity but the pieces feel really solid and the seams all look tightly sewn so I'm optimistic.”
“We are loving our new couch with chaise lounge and notice our friends and neighbors naturally congregating on it.
There was a bump in the process... a joint piece was broken, but customer service was very attentive and resolved it right away by sending us a new part and checking in to make sure we were all set. They are great communicators.
Also, we already spilled jelly on the couch and it wiped off easily and looks like new. Would have given it five stars if it weren't for the broken piece, but it's a great product and we had a very good customer experience.”
