“My couch is an older fabric and before the chaise came out so I was a little disappointed in the way the fabric is wearing. The look is sleek and timeless and I will say the customer service is amazing. They have worked with me on everything and providing me something to help with fabric I would say give them a try because if it isn’t perfect they will try to make it right!”

“Burrow couch offered a practical solution to our house which has small winding stairway leading to the 2nd floor. It's fairly straightforward to assemble. No tools required. It looks us 45 min to put it together. As noted by few others you will end up a lot of packaging material to trash. The couch is decently comfort comfortable. I give it 6 out of 10. This is because the cushions are not as plush or thick as traditional couches. In addition after using it for 1.5 months the cushions have started to sag. For that reason I give it a 3 star. I think better cushions will make a huge difference.”

“The lock on one of the arms for the USB core is missing which doesn't impact on using. Further, a lock on one corner was not as tight as the others. Other than that, the couch is comfortable and pretty. I like that it's firm and provides solid lower back support”
