“Overall the sofa is really nice and a pretty simple assembly. It's comfortable and looks great in the room.
It was a little challenging to assemble as not all the latches lined up perfectly and the snap on the ottoman doesn't snap to the cushion, despite everyone's best & very strong efforts.
Lastly - all the parts delivered in separate boxes as promised, and while it's a lot more manageable than a pre-assembled sofa, be prepared for some pretty sizable boxes. It would be great if the shipping confirmation email came will a little more information about what to expect, including the above and a reminder to look for "Box 1" when starting assembly.”

“I love my new Burrow couch so far, it's really comfortable for watching TV and napping. My last couch was an IKEA one and had an angled back so you'd kind of lean into it, but the Burrow's back is straight, which I really like because it supports you more when you're sitting and laying down.The fabric is nice and I like the tufted accents and the non-tufted option on the other side of the cushions. I hope the cushions last and don't get worn down. I was frustrated with the shipping, as I was given an incorrect, earlier shipping date first and then emailed to ask why it wasn't here, and was given a correction. It took a long time to get here from when the order was placed. The boxes it comes in are gigantic which obviously can't be helped but be ready for that.”
“I'm very pleased with my Burrow sofa. The delivery was easy, and I was able to get all of the boxes up to my 5th floor apartment on my own. Assembly instructions were clear, but some tiny difficulties arose. Firstly, as I clipped two of the main sections together, some of the wood base actually began to split. And secondly, the holes on one of the legs did not align with the holes on the base, making it difficult to screw in completely. Still, the final product seems study, is very comfortable, and looks great.”
“My 3-seat Burrow is great, easy to assemble and looks stylish in my living room. I hired a Task Rabbit to help with assembly and am glad because some of the latches were too difficult to close on my own, but if I were stronger I probably could have managed. Only bummer is that it didn’t come with the port and cables for charging my devices.”
