“I have a narrow, curved staircase at my entryway. Because of this, I have not been able to nap comfortably on my own couch in years, and sometimes you just need that full-stretch snooze while watching a show or having a lazy Sunday.
The fact that I am able to fit the three-seater in my apartment and the fact of its low price make this purchase very well worth it!
I hauled this upstairs and assembled it myself. It was not easy, but it wasn't too hard.
I am satisfied with the comfort level. I would have been happy with a softer seat, but I also enjoy a firm cushion; these are firm and fine. I want greater seat depth, but that's the only issue with comfort, so I am satisfied overall.
IF YOU HAVE A CAT, think about whether yours is the type that will not be able to resist scratching the lovely weave of this couch's fabric. I currently drape throw blankets over much of the surface of the couch because I'm terrified that it will be ruined immediately. I knew that this would be a significant issue before buying, so no fault to Burrow. I guess the only way to make this into a criticism is to say that they should offer more (pet-friendly) fabric options, but this company is young and awesome, and I don't hold this against them. I would buy a two-seater in a matching velvet/suede/etc. in a second if they begin to offer something like that, but I probably will not buy another as is, due to worry about it being destroyed. My motivation in buying the one was entirely about having that luxurious 86-inch length.

“The quality of the couch itself is great- still a bit overpriced but I decided to purchase anyway. Putting the couch together was not difficult at all- especially since the box with the directions didn't arrive until a weeks after the seats were delivered (minor issues with their shipping).
I'm still deciding whether or not to keep it because it doesn't seem stable and the side arm on the left isn't as tightly connected as the right side arm (I guess it's just how they're designed).
Customer service was not bad- it was hard to get in touch with them but once we got connected, they resolved some issues right away.
It's just so convenient to disassemble when I want to move. And it's light and looks nice. Definite plus!”
