“This couch is gorgeous, and it's super easy to put together. But the modularity comes with a price. The cushions are just far too thin to sit on top of the extra hard frames between each section. Regular couches can get away with having the springiness across the whole couch. Unless you are sitting directly dead in the center of the cushion each time, you can feel the frame. And I can tell you, I barely ever sit directly center. I feel like this couch would work in a side room, or if you aren't using it often, but I my couch is the only seating I have in my small apartment.
I was also really bummed out that the USB and power sockets were not built into the couch, but instead a third party rig I could have attached to any couch myself. I don't feel like the extra velcro or pre-attaching the mount was anywhere near nice enough to count as build in sockets. Not the end of the world, but not what I expected.
It's super easy to put together, but after only a month, I know I'll be returning this because it's just not soft enough throughout.”
