“After having my sectional for over a month now, I can tell you that I made the best decision! The craftsmanship is wonderful! It's definitely firm but that's what I was looking for. The fabric is tough and has held up to my dog using it like a race track. My sectional was worth every penny and I'm happy I made the purchase.”
“Burrow’s Nomad sectional is a great couch, and was easy to set up. The couch fits our whole family of 6. The cushions are comfy but firm, which is exactly what we were looking for. They will last a long time, with no sinking. However with a great couch came terrible shipping. We received 7 of 9 boxes, and ended up having to wait for the remaining 2 boxes for a week. It was really difficult keeping 7 boxes in our home for a week. The last 2 boxes had a the hardware (legs and arms), which are needed to build any part. When I spoke with customer service they just blamed it on the shipping company, when as a company they should ensure that all boxes ended up together, not getting split apart. Overall great couch, terrible shipping and customer service.”
“We love our navy sectional. It took a bit to put together but went faster as we got the hang of it. It's also big so there were a lot of pieces. We love the quality, flexibility and the color. I was so happy that I could get an extra pair of arms so that I can reconfigure it into two sofas. Great product. We had a few hitches with delivery dates as we had a small delivery window but Burrow was really helpful and the delivery was made without a hitch.”
