“I have so many great things to say about this experience. First, customer service was great! So friendly and I think I was talking to a real human. Couch arrived mostly on time, was easy to assemble and looks fabulous. I bought this because I needed durable fabric with a dog, toddler and two scratching cats with claws. I have had it for a few weeks and no one has been able to destroy it yet so I call that a win. Only complaint was that there were a few bolts or something missing.”
“My husband and I had been searching for a couch for months when we stumbled across this website. We liked the way the couched looked in the pictures, but knew it would be a bit of a risk with the feel. We decided to go ahead and place the order and about 2 months later we had our 9 boxes delivered. From what we could tell, it looked like everything was packaged nicely and the directions were easy to follow. We did have 2 random objects fall from 2 of the boxes, thankfully they weren't needed for putting the couch together. Two of the latches used for holding the couch together were not staying together and my husband had to find a way to fix them. We opted for the "brass" legs, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the way they arrived. They looked like they were packaged nicely, but as we were unwrapping them, we noticed EVERY single one was scratched up. Not sure if they were like that before shipping or during, but for the money we paid, we expected better. So maybe go with the wooden legs...”
