“Gift box was nothing like the example shown. Box arrived dinged, scratched, no lining and no divider on the inside. Further I specifically left the Single Initial line blank and it showed on my order but for some reason they still decided to fill it in for me. It was a gift for a friend and I am unable to return it now. Extremely disappointed with this service.”
