Well, considering that I ordered this over a month ago and it was lost and then put back in production and I haven’t heard anything back and haven’t received my purchase that was supposed to be for Father’s Day, I’d say I’m completely unsatisfied. Will not recommend and will not use your website ever again.

I received this email, however, my product has yet to be delivered. I ordered it almost a month ago and hope is was not lost in transit. If that is the case, how do I go about getting a refund for my product?

Purchased this humidor and a Decanter lat May for Father's Day only the Humidor has been received. Will never order again from this vendor!

I ordered two things from A Gift Personalized. After putting in both orders, I received notification that one was in production, and another that it was being prepared for shipping. That was early June. As both orders seemed to not be moving, I tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times. I never received a call back from my voicemails (you can’t actually talk to someone), and when they responded via email, they just kept providing the tracking information for both. After three weeks of customer service lying to me and saying they were in production and waiting to be shipped, they finally responded yesterday stating they were unable to produce the items, because they don’t have them in stock, so will be refunding my money. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, and I would never order from this site again. They lie to you constantly, and blame it on COVID. I understand production may be slow and you may not have items available, but then DON’T SELL THEM IN YOUR WEBSITE AND TELL PEOPLE THEY’RE IN PRODUCTION AND BEING SHIPPED.

Great product that is well made. Only thing I did not like was the shipper. They used USPS and their service sucks. Took 7 days longer to arrive because they lost my package. Overall great buy.!

The humidor arrived damaged to the back and I’m still waiting for the lighter I ordered with it on 6/6/20. This company took my money and sent part of my order.
