“I ordered this beautiful one of a kind decanter for my one and only son. He was beyond excited when he finally received it and has vowed to put only the best scotch or bourbon in it. My only complaint is I had to order it twice before he finally got it, the first order was never processed, so I reordered it and the 2nd order was processed, however it took forever to get it and I ordered it early enough to arrive on his birthday, but of course it arrived 2 weeks after his special day...He loved it even though it was late, better late than not at all. All and all he is a very happy customer, and I'm happy that he's happy.”
“First, it took awhile to receive the decanter set, which was a gift for a scholarship fundraiser! After arrival, I was dismayed to find that they forgot to include the top for the decanter! There was no person available to help, I had to buy a decanter set, and use its top!

“Beautiful glassware and decanter. Looks as promised. However, took a week longer than the longest projection to ship and there is no tracking until it ships. Once it shipped it took over another week to arrive. Great item but add 2 weeks to any projected delivery estimates.”
