“My order was delivered with 2 personalized slate coasters missing. Send 2 emails and called twice. Customer service is useless. I told you twice about the slate coasters with the initial M that we were missing. How hard is it to get a customers order right.”

We are currently seeing an influx of orders, while also needing to maintain a limited staff due to the pandemic rules. This has put our production teams behind a little. All couriers are also affected as they needed to take extra time to ensure packages are well disinfected prior to delivery
