“After syncing my smart controller with my evo I was forced to send my drone, smart controller and RC back to autel for repair. The latest firmware bricked my aircraft and rendered it useless. Advexure.com was VERY helpful in identifying the problem and getting remedied however.”

“The screen itself is awesome -- you can see extremely well in direct sunlight as advertised. Navigating the app however is another thing -- it's a pain in the ass getting from one page to the other, accessing functions, etc. Also the fact that there is no bluetooth connection or even at least a headphone jack is a mystery to me -- why would they make it so you can access the internet but not hear anything? Not happy. I'd return it, but waited too long.”

“My Smart controller looks nice but its function is horrible. First from day one it would stop recording at 4:47 every time i fly and record. After speaking with Autel they said its a bug there working on. However I was able to update the firmware a second time and that problem went away. BUT NOW IT RANDOMLY STOPS RECORDING OR SHOWS IT STOP RECORDING. ALSO THE RANGE I ABLE TO FLY AT HAS GONE DONE SINCE I STARTED USING IT TO THE POINT I LOSE CONNECTION 20 FEET AWAY. TOTAL GARBAGE AND I HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM AUTEL.”
