I wanted a particular part that wouldn't go through the online order facility correctly (found that there is a good reason for this) and was guided through by Can who made quick work of ensuring what I wanted was all set on the order.
Understanding how much I could have saved doing it all myself, I actually feel the pricing is more than reasonable. Biggest benefit being everything is set and tested, ensuring the parts will work with each other, carries a great warranty and ongoing service support is reassuring.
I thought with the floods I might be waiting nearly a month for my rig; it arrived just 9 days from order. Not 9 business days, 9 regular days.
Now tiny hiccup, during transit a little clip on the motherboard had popped itself out meaning the graphics card wasn't clipped in and came slightly ajar. Clip wasn't broken or had any abrasions so I knew it was no one's fault or heavy hands - made contact and sent some photos through to the team to ensure it was remedied correctly and without any issue to possible warranty. (Check your system over of delivery and contact the team straight away if anything doesn't look right)
Finally have the system running with some programs installed - runs silky smooth, I've gone with a bequiet! setup and it's eerily quiet; my old system now sounds to me like two harrier jets trying to make a baby harrier. So I'm glad Can helped me get the quieter fans etc I wanted for this setup, it's amazing.

“Was kept up to date through the whole process, the staff contacted me to ask if I wanted something added I may have missed by accident (a bit of a soft upsell but I didn't mind) computer arrived very safely packaged and ran smoothly straight out of the box. Had a bit of an issue about a fortnight later with the internet dropping out of the computer, but it was due to an update with windows 11. The team responded promptly to me on a weekend anyway, while I was out shopping for a wifi dongle to fix the issue.
Fantastic service, would definitely recommend them.”
