“One of the arms arrived broken. The end was snapped off. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning them so I'll try to fix it myself.”

“One of the pole conecting part it came broke. Cannot be used at all. Also the awning that I purchased in October 2019, I couldn't install untill this week due to winter season. After installation one of the arms it hangs too much, it looks ugly and unstable. Don't know what to do.”

“These supports are far to flexible to be used as needed. In addition, the inner pieces slide straight out of the other with ease. The plastic intended to hold them at a certain length only prevent getting the interior pole from being re-inserted. The pieces that connect the poles to the canopy are all the same. At first I thought this an error, that I was sent two for the left side and none for the right. In looking at the manual, it is designed that way. Instead of making a piece for each side to allow the supports to be placed at the end of each side, one must be placed a minimum of 2-3 inches from the end. While not extremely noticeable or a structural concern of some kind, it simply seems like a lazy and cheap way to save themselves some money. The main aggravation is that their instructions have a waiver/clause that basically states that they are not to be used for what they are needed for. It pretty much says that they're not to be used in windy or rainy conditions.”
