“ordered the support poles, they were on back order for 6-8 weeks, so i canceled my order. would have received them after I was done with the awning for the season.”

“I received my pair of awning pole stand vertical support arms in a reasonable time. I was very excited to receive them. Opened my box with these nice pole stand vertical support arms, but no installation instructions. I called tech customer service and was told that they would e-mail the instructions, but I never received them. All my interactions with the company has been exceptional.”

“No idea, never got them. Ordered them, paid for them, about a week later got email from you clowns that the item is unavailable (????) and it'll be months before I get the items. Cancelled the order and will never buy from joke of a business which is Aleko.”
