“Company would not honor warranty on a new gate they clearly saw we bought and would not give me these parts, so I had a re buy new parts on a gate they sold me.”

“I haven't got the circuit board it's been on back order. It's very difficult to contact anyone at Alecko, they don't respond ot emails and rarely pick up phone calls. Customer service sucks. If I did'nt already have their gate opener I would never purchase anything from this company.”
