“i am very thrilled with my new Hotpoint washing machine and was very appreciative of the upgrade provided without extra cost, due to my original choice selling out. The service I received from the time the order was placed to the delivery was exceptional. Hassle free! The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful and I appreciated him giving me warning of the expected time of delivery - which was spot on. “This machine was booked for delivery on 26/11 but it did not come and now on, 27/11 i await notice from Highway Express Couriers, why it was not delivered and when it will be delivered. Ease of purchase 10/10 Delivery 0/10.”
