“I am so grateful for The Allay Lamp and the timing of it could not have been better for me. I purchased it in my last semester of law school and as a migraine sufferer, it definitely hampered my ability to study. Since I knew I was preparing for the bar exam this summer and could not afford any downtime at all, The Allay Lamp was the best purchase I could make to ensure I would have minimal interference with studying from a migraine. We cannot always prevent migraines but we can definitely do something about them. “The lamp is excellent quality and the instructions are very clear.
I had high hopes that the Allay Lamp would help with my headache, even though I don't have classic migraines. My chronic daily headache did not resolve with several months of daily use of my lamp. I do feel that it would help someone with true migraine and I did benefit each day for three months with a relaxing quiet time while using the lamp, but it did not solve my specific problem.
After recently seeing a second Neurologist for another opinion on my condition, he confirmed that my constant headache of 17 months was not in the migraine headache family. I have had food related migraines in the past, but control that situation by avoiding the trigger foods, so I also did not think that it was a migraine headache. We then gave the Allay Lamp to my daughter and granddaughter to see if it helps them with their true migraine headaches. It is too early to tell, but hope that it will help them.”
