This crazy thing really works, the creepy green light flips a switch in my brain and brings the pain down multiple notches. For the best effect no screens, but I do find some relief when looking at my phone while using. It does makes every light in my house look pink which is a fun side effect when I emerge from my bedroom. This lamp really cuts my "crying in my bedroom from the pain" time down each month. Now if only my migraine brain would remember I own this for every attack

I love the lamp. The green is soothing and bright enough to read by. Sadly, it doesn't seem to diminish my chronic post-traumatic headache, but that was never promised. I do believe it is helping with my depression and anxiety, though.

My Allay Lamp is an important part of preventing migraines and in dealing with chronic migraines. I use the lamp first thing in the morning and last thing at night, as part of my bathroom routine. This helps prepare my brain for entry into the day as well as for sleep at night. Somehow it calms me and prevents light from triggering migraines. If I feel a migraine coming on, I retreat to my office, using only the Allay Lamp for illumination. It's a soothing, calming experience. Since getting my lamp, I have experienced fewer migraines. It's vital to my well being!

I have lived with chronic, intractable migraine for four years now and so far, have found nothing to break the cycle. I try to manage symptoms and triggers as much as I can. My Allay Lamp allows me to do a bit more of the things I enjoy because the light does not bother my eyes - when lamp light or day light do. I seem to be able to tolerate a bit more activity on a bad pain day rather than just lying in the dark. I love that I can turn it over and I have a soft-white light. It has been very useful. The designers really thought this lamp out: things like being able to adjust the "brightness level", the shade that slides up and down, the two bulbs (green/white) and the ability to use it while it's charging are such practical features. It's easy to use and I love the shape and weight. The round shape makes it very easy to adjust the intensity of the light by just twisting it towards or away from what I'm doing. It feels light yet sturdy and seems to be just the right size. I have it on my night stand in my bedroom (where I do most of my zoom calls, work on my laptop, crochet and relax). It's the only space where I can control the most outside light coming into the room. I'm really glad I made this purchase and can't wait to see what other amazing things this organization will come up with in the future.

The Allay Lamp has a sleek, simple-to-use design. I enjoy using it as a reading lamp in the evenings, and surprisingly I find the green light to actually be tolerable (even soothing) during migraine episodes. My only complaint is that the lamp has a USB charger that does not come with the wall plugin. To charge it, I have to switch it out with my phone charger.

I have seen benefits from using the lamp with my frequent migraines. It offers a calm feeling and has lessened the severity. I love that you can charge it & do not have to plug it in to use. I have even taken to work with me.

It doesnt get rid of my migraines, but it helps lessen them. I'm able to do things like take a soak bath without having to be in complete darkness while using the green setting. The white light is great as a low bedside or near my computer lamp. I love that it's portable!
