“Although High hopes for this company I bought a pair of jeans which they were too big around the waist. I applied for an exchange having to spend $40 on postage as I am international. After waiting for weeks and I had still not heard anything about my exchange. I emailed them and had terrible customer service providing me with lack of information meaning I had to continuously email them. They refused my exchange and it took two months from when I had initially returned For a for an exchange them to get them back. And now I am left with a pair of jeans that are too big and a headache”
