“I have my own Lifetime License of Multicharts and use it for everything I do - research, development, code, deployment, etc. Therefore, I love it. There are Pros and Cons to all platforms but my experience with Multicharts has been that the Pros outweigh the Cons.”

“MultiCharts COULD be and WAS an excellent platform. However, when ever you have an issue (like data lagging) everyone blames the others. MC blames the data vendor, the data vendor blames the internet, the broker blames the platform and it goes on and on. There is no one at Multicharts you can speak to about any issue you have. WHEN and IF support answers they will not respond. And then, when I get used to the last (un requested changes) they change it again!! If I hadn't grown up trading on TradeStation I would have ditched MC long ago. The ONLY reason I use MC is because TradeStation sold a foreign company.
For example I use the DOM and there are many times I have seen the full depth of all orders. But MC refuses to acknowledge it and says I can only see 10 bid/ask depth. I've shown screenshots!!! But they say it's a mistake and I'm not seeing what I'm seeing.
I'm slowly gravitating to NinjaTrader and TOS and when I get all my studies converted, I'm planning to drop MC. Mainly bc you can't leave a good thing alone and really due to the lack of support. Just like many businesses and politicians, you want my vote and support ($$) but once you get it, you won't answer the phone! And anything AI will acclerate me leaving!! And for the record, at latest count, I've been able to talk 17 traders out of purchasing/using MC.
I will be happy to speak to anyone at MC to confirm the issues I've cited here, but wait!, there's NO ONE TO SPEAK TO!!!
