“The good: affordable, continually adding & refining features, ethical & advocates for traders against disadvantages & unnecessary costs created by those in the industry, best TPO charts, extremely customizable- you name it. Very responsive support board. Extraordinary versatility & capabilities.
The bad: can be a steep learning curve for those who don't have an interest in doing the work to fashion their own tools. Support can be very blunt- especially if you didn't search the documentation or the support board first. Don't be inarticulate & a timewaster, or you're sure to receive a response that is very direct. Does not have the statistical analysis of a platform like Investor R/T- but who does, except Investor R/T?”
“Customer services is awful they love to blame everything other than their code as the problem. It takes a long time for them to fix and issue. They also keep changing the way settings are for the worse and not easy to change.”
