“I love SC the only suggestion would be esp for beginners have some options to make it easier to start out on setting up like an out of the box better set up. Personally I love SC just a lot to learn compared to other simpler platforms. I know Think or Swim has very friendly and more than willing to jump on your screen and help and answer any questions for free and they dont charge nothing for there platform I think that would be an excellent option for SC and would greatly help customers out tremendously esp when you dont have tons of time to search and try to find what your issue is in there library or watch a long video. Lets face it most people are very busy and just dont have tons of time figure everything out and esp a lot of the little things that can wreck you whole day. My biggest suggestion would be online on screen help with an expert to really help out so you dont have to spend tons of time people dont have esp since people pay quit a bit for the platform esp compared to free with Schwab. Love you guys have a great day that is my honest view. Customer service to help everyone out. I would not be on SC if it had not been for all the help from others I have been fortunante to have friends or I would not be on SC.”
“Best platform and super fast. Would be nice if I was able to log in to my account at once on 2 separate devices as currently it logs me out on one when I log into another.
Does also look abit outdated compared to other platforms out there but very simple to use when you get the hang of it.”
“User of Sierra Chart for over six years with no problems. Very happy with the platform. Combined with their datafeed (Denali) and their routing (Teton), you can't go wrong. If you can write a little code (C++), so much the better (if you're into automated trading. Support staff is very responsive on their support forum. From my perspective, there are no negatives.”
“Ive been utilizing Sierra Chart for about 2 years now. It took a little applied learning to navigate and familiarise my self with the platform as there is literally so much available and the customisable aspect is noything short of incredible ! The data the replay feature is absolutly great for new traders and for tyring out strategies. Execution is so efficient and the price is literally a steal for the value given. I am behind Sierra Chart all the way and thats not being biased because they are founded in New Zealand and Im from Australia ;)”
“Sierra Chart is great for both discretionary and automated trading. The flexibility of Sierra Chart is second to none imo!
While the learning curve is a bit steep it is well worth the investment if serious about trading long-term. Documentation and support are also very strong with this tool.
Sierra Chart is fast and the Teton Order Routing/Denali Data Feeds both work well even in times of extreme market volatility.
Overall I could not be more pleased with Sierra Chart.”
