“Sierra charts is an amazing tool extremely customizable but if you're not a very sophisticated Trader the platform is extremely extremely confusing and there is no Live Support there are tools I've tried to add and still are tools and I just don't understand how to add them and I don't feel like rummaging through random support tickets to try and figure it out so all in all it's a great platform but not very user friendly.”
“SC is remarkable in its depth of adjustability and adaptabilty. You can dream up something and if it isn't already canned in the program, you can create it on your screen, in not much time, and without any real programming knowledge. That being said, it has a learning curve, that should be respected. However, now simply putting your query in Google, its AI will parse SC's 1,000 pages of documentation and pop out answers much faster than they could be found two years ago.”

Only not 5 stars because of a very mixed support. There are some nice and helpful ones but most are rude and have lots of attidude. I understand the annoyance they have to go through with many customers though. If you don't customize deeply (ACSIL) then you don't have to deal much with them.”
