“Great charting capabilities, plethora of indicators, easy to use. Bad: Support takes forever to answer issues. Sometimes they ask for videos to replicate issue, but when issue is in the past, how do you do that? When markets get fast, executions sometimes lag and your order is not filled at market price ( which is what I use). Not sure if that is a TV issue or exchange issue.”
