When I am done this year with the PAID subscritpions, no more TV. For the price they charged, it is a piece of shit. And the customer service representative are mostly retarded. They get offended when I say TV is retarded and they take it personally. Well, they need to do their job. They say 10 hours to reply to your email but it is always more than that and sometimes 3 days. For a chart that they charge, it is inconceivable that they did not offer tick charts for the longest time. And when they developed it, it is only in their MOST EXPENSIVE version. How retarded

The Good: The TradingView charting solution is very appealing, innovative and feature-rich. The Bad: The TradingView support leaves a lot to be desired. It takes a very long time for software preoblems to be analysed. Initially, it is assumed that the reporting user does not understand the feature or is using it incorrectly. If it is indeed a software problem, it is usually not solved with priority, but only at a much later point in time. It is not stated whether or when exactly it will be solved. The Ugly: It is clear that the TradingView broker integration is severely malfunctioning, and it is evident that TradingView is not taking this issue seriously. TradingView has admitted a ‚malfunction‘ that results in partial order execution when the market is ‚active‘. Consequently, instead of executing a single bracket order at one price, multiple bracket orders are associated with the position. When multiple bracket orders are being generated incorrectly, TradingView suggests that users manually adjust them. However, manual management also presents significant challenges in this scenario. The TradingView user interface lacks the necessary support (has 'malfunctions‘) for managing multiple bracket orders. Instead, users must manually manage these orders by entering data in the trading panel.
