“If I could no stars for this product I would!Having erected 3 metal gazebos in the past with the minimal amount of effort this particular model is the most difficult design I have attempted!,WARNING TO ANY PROSPECTIVE BUYERS....DONT!It the worst piece if engineering design I have tackled.I contacted customer services regarding this and as it was too much of a rigmarole to explain I've had to adapt it accordingly, but after 2 weeks it is STILL not completed. Instructions saying 2+people can have this erected in 3 hours is a complete joke!
If it hadn't cost so much money and time and effort so far I would be taking it to the TIP! However I will have to persevere and hopefully it will be usable by next summer.
