“Hutch arrived with damaged base panel, could only be resolved by email which took number of days, replacement sent which was also damaged on the same panel. Locks on hutch also not secure (bunnies knocked against them and the door pops open. Luckily, they were still in our house, if they had been outside they would have been gone. Lovely design poorly made, which is such a shame.”
“This was quite disappointing. The pull out floor is a terrible idea. The tray itself has a low density and does not hold a lot of sawdust. There are gaps from the tray to the base, allowing urine and sawdust to spill out. The legs are very short and the bedroom area is very small. It looks fancy from the outside but it is not at all cozy or practical.”
