“This is a resistance release. I set the release to go at 5lbs above holding weight. I tested the release on scales with some d-loop material in a loop. Initially the release varied weight break point varied by as much as 10lbs however it seemed to settle as it wore in.
I have since used this for pull through release to compliment my Carter Wise Choice. The two releases have the same form factor so work well together. So far so good enjoying the release and using a pull through method for great accuracy.”
