We are sorry to hear about the difficulty in connecting a butane regulator with arthritis in your hand. We have linked a video below showing you how to attach and reconnect the regulator, but if you have difficulty, we would recommend asking your cylinder provider to do it for you when collecting and replacing the cylinder:
