“I bought a set of bands and it came incorrect which i emailed arena strength about. They told me they would resolve it and send me a replacement band. Now 11 days later no band neither is customer service replying to me! I’m not normally one to complain but I find it very rude to ignore customers when they are filing a complaint about a situation they can’t help. This process has lasted two weeks..”
“I have only used a couple of times so far, but really like them. Much more comfortable than the rubber ones and are strong and well made with nice stitching too. Certainly doesn't feel like they could break. My gym friends enjoyed them and are going to buy as well.”
