Unfortunately, the bands have a very strong, artificial smell to them. It'll be a while before that goes away.
Otherwise, the exercise book is thinner than expected. It's okay though, since apparently there are plentiful online resources.
Bands seem to be very good quality, only had them for a few days now, but so far so good.

“They don’t roll or hurt while using them. I did 1minute butt kick each side, and one minute fire hydrant each side, repeat 3 rounds.. so just 12 minutes using the grey band and I am sore the next day! Great workout, I look forward to using them again.”
