As a woman in my 50's, I was keen to boost my fitness and strength level but not so keen to enter a gym. I purchased my Arena bands and just love them. I have studied the booklet I received and designed my own regime. I even use it to do a bit of arm work too. I love how I can take them on holidays with me so my routine does not have to cease. The packaging is neat and compact, the bands are super comfortable and high quality and can be used in multiple ways. I feel like I get a great work out anytime anywhere. Thanks Arena, love my bands. Got these as advised by my resistance trainer. My god are they good. The definitely make you work those muscles but give great stability. Just need to check if I need the body bands now. So much better to have my own set.

I always workout from home, using basic equipment. This set of resistance bands allow me to push myself further, and sculpt the body I really want. Now, I want to get the full body bands!! Ha ha!

These bands are amazing! They stay right where they should and provide amazing resistance. I highly recommend.

They are very high quality. I cannot use them (yet) I can't even get the lightest tension band passed my knees. The band fits great around 1 of my thighs. But someday when I've lost all my weight I'm sure they will be a great addition to my workouts.

I found all the band's to difficult to use. They seemed to be all very short and tight .......not a selection at all.i have given them to my Pilates teacher and even she says they are very " hard " ..... Disappointed

As some of our members have confirmed, at the start, the bands can be SUPER tough. However, when they stick to using them for 2 - 3 weeks, they see quick results and are even able to do the exercises that they could not do in the beginning.
