“I found all the band's to difficult to use. They seemed to be all very short and tight .......not a selection at all.i have given them to my Pilates teacher and even she says they are very " hard " ..... Disappointed”

We are so sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the resistance of your bands. You are not alone!
As some of our members have confirmed, at the start, the bands can be SUPER tough. However, when they stick to using them for 2 - 3 weeks, they see quick results and are even able to do the exercises that they could not do in the beginning.

We would like to recommend that some great exercises to start with are those that use your entire glute, as opposed to a small part; such as the standing kickbacks and sidekicks alongside glute bridges & hip thrusts (including abductions, marches and holds).
