I underwent major spinal surgery back in September this year and have finally be given the all clear to start exercising again (But no heavy lifting!) and the Arena Bands, along with the provided exercises are the perfect work out regime for me! I am limited with what I can do physically after having 3 major surgeries in the past 12 months and I am only 24! I have only been using them for a week and I feel great!
