“I purchased the Arena Fabric Band Set after reading all of the fantastic reviews. I underwent major spinal surgery back in September this year and have finally be given the all clear to start exercising again (But no heavy lifting!) and the Arena Bands, along with the provided exercises are the perfect work out regime for me! I am limited with what I can do physically after having 3 major surgeries in the past 12 months and I am only 24! I have only been using them for a week and I feel great! Cannot wait to post a progress shot after using them for a month!”
“So ...... firstly my bands arrived a week early, like how cool is that!!!! I love the packaging. I went through my booklet that came with the bands, registered as an Arena Strength Member, disappeared into a room and put on the 10 minute workout, grabbed my pink band and got to work. It’s been about two years since I last stepped into a gym. My body shape has changed and sometimes I think I look like a rectangle :) and the older I’m getting the harder I’m finding it is to lose weight and tone. So with that in mind I can tell you that I’m so excited with my purchase and to work hard to get results. The first 10 minute workout was interesting :). The exercises were easy to follow. I can tell you I sweated like crazy. I could feel the burn, the hot flushes were full on and for a short while I thought there was an additional workout going on between menopause and the increasing heart rate :) :). The burn was awesome. I can feel I’m going to be sore tomorrow but I am so excited. Let’s do this!!! I haven’t taken any pics pre-pics yet but I will when I’m feeling a little more comfortable in myself xx. I can do this.”
“Okay so... Squats are nice and easy, throw on some weights and they burn the ol’ thighs. BUT, these bands?! Holy moly there was a fire in my glutes I haven’t felt in a hot minute (get it?). Big fan. Highly recommend. 11/10”
