“I have suffered from lower back pain for many years now from a poor "lifting" decision I made whilst working on our property. I have always kept a reasonable level of fitness and don't like taking drugs so decided to work harder on my fitness to increase strength in my core and glutes for better support. I tried a number of different bands and found the excercise itself seemed to help but the bands moved and twisted and were annoying to workout with.
