I haven't received my band yet. I ordered it on October 10, 2020. Someone please provide status of my order or refund. [Order #218196] (October 10, 2020.

I love my new bands but one of the rubber component detached from the “arena strength” label, giving it the impression that it loosened up. It is not bad but it sort of bothered me because I’ve been using it for only a week. I eventually got over it because the band continues to perform good.
