“I won't lie, or fudge the facts - the products at Arena Strength are great. I have been a repeat customer, and have been using Arena Strength products for quite some time. The customer service, though, is non-existent. At my last purchase, my bank was double-charged by Arena Strength. I understand accidents, glitches, whatever, they happen. What actually upset me was me making multiple attemtpts to contact Arena Stregth to have the situation rectified - I contacted via the website, 2 x by email, and also through Facebook - still to this day I have not received a response. I contacted my bank to seek their assistance, and was advised that the additional charge appears to be a subscription of some sort, which would mean a recurring deduction from my bank - which I did not authorise! With that in mind, and being completely ghosted by Arena Strength, I was forced to cancel my bank card, which has been quite an inconvenience for me. As I previously mentioned, the products are great, but for this reason - being double charged, being ghosted by Arena Strength, resulting in me having to cancel my bank card - I will never again order from this company.”
