“I love this idea! They are small and you can pop them in your purse with your bands and take them anywhere. They don’t damage if they get wet and you can use the guide or just create your own booty workout.”
“This is great; so much variety! I can do quite a bit in 10 minutes or less. So helpful to have a great workout without any equipment other than the bands. Using “medium” now, will work up to “strong”.”
“I have only used a few of them and find them easy to follow, maybe trying to execute the exercise if different, but that does not reflect on the cards. HOWEVER, I would suggest trying to alter the cards so that it shows the muscles used in each exercise as I am finding it hard to know what exercise targets what area exactly besides the legs or booty”

Thank you for your review of our booty card deck.
The area targeted is included on each exercise card. The booty deck basically targets the legs and booty, which is why you will only see those areas shown on the cards.
If you wish for exercises targeting other body parts such as arms, back, shoulder, core etc, you need to try our body deck. Again, with the body deck, each target area is indicated on the exercise cards.
