“I eventually received my bands after being delivered to wrong address, three weeks later. I informed customer care but no response, I found dealing with them very frustrating and stressful, the bands are as described but I won’t be buying anything else from them because of the follow up care.”

Regarding the timeframe, we suggested that you wait for a bit longer due to our experience with the shipping companies. From our interaction with them, they let us know when they are attempting to deliver/resolve the item. We would normally give them this time to get this done and if it is not resolved within a particular timeframe, we then offer a resolution to the customer. This is because at times, after reshipping or refunding, we are informed that the item gets delivered.
Rest assured that we ALWAYS provide a resolution in such instances. At times, we just need that extra time to ensure that the resolution is beneficial to everyone involved.
