“I purchased the Booty bands, Body bands and workout deck cards for each. These are great! I had a body scan that showed I had low body muscle as I mostly swim for exercise. So this was not a huge surprise to me! As someone who is 49 I thought i'd better do something about it and started researching strength exercises and your website was a popular result with great reviews. I love these bands, so much better than going to the gym (for me) as I can do a quick workout for 15 or 30 minutes without having to get in the car and go to the gym.
