“The bands are fabulous -- when one can get them. I ordered TWO bundle sets for my granddaughters. One is living in North Bay, Ontario with her Mom for the summer and got her set in 5 days. The other granddaughter lives in Ottawa but I asked to have her bundle set sent to North Bay as she will be visiting her Mom. It's been at least 3 weeks now with not any sign whatsoever of this second bundle set. I was able to track the first bundle, but did not have a second tracking number to track the second bundle. Your Support center keeps telling me the second bundle has been delivered, when it clearly has not been.”
