“I did my research and decided to purchase the body bands. I love them. I’m just using the light one now. They come in a nice zippered storage bag with a booklet of exercises. The bands are of excellent quality, comfortable to use and I expect to get a lot of use from them. My only regret: I wish I had purchased the bundle and got the booty bands as well. So get the bundle!! You won’t regret it.”
