Hornady 22 Cal 55gr FMJ-BT w/ Cannelure (Bulk / OEM) Reviews

4.9 Rating 761 Reviews
I contacted Monmouth reloading about a sale that they had and Jeff responded within a few minutes and corrected the sale price. I also had a question about shipping on another item and he was able to reply to that question. It shipped fast and was exactly as expected. I will look here first for my next reloading supplies.

Ordered the 55gr Hornady FMJ 2000rd qty. shipped extremely fast and was a great value with the Memorial Day sale. Will definately be ordering more from them, most likely an order of 223 brass.

I ordered 2000 55gr FMJ-BT bullets and 1000 dirty Lake City once fired 5.56/.223 brass from Monmouth on a Tues. morning. I had the products in my mailbox by Thurs. morning of the same week! Thank you for the great turn around time! Inside the box was a hand written note from Jeff stating that they were short on the once-fired dirty brass so they included 200+ fully processed brass to complete my order. They did this without charge and without making me wait on a resupply! These guys are GREAT and I will definitely recommend them to my reloading friends and will DEFINITELY shop with them again in the future! Thanks again!!

Recently loaded up about 300 of these bullets with hodgdon h335 powder shooting it through my custom build 20 inch rifle length gas system AR. I am no expert shooter at all but I was hitting 1 inch groups at 100 yards with no sled or bags to rest on. As I'm also new to reloading I decided to measure each projectile and found there was a range of 52.8 grain to 55.6. This doesn't bother me at all because I'm not looking to shoot past 300 yards, and they are not advertised as match grade ammo. Out of all my shots every single one hit the 4 inch target I was aiming at. Good enough for me! In fact I just placed my 2nd order of 1000 of these Can't go wrong if you are plinking!
