As far as I can tell this is just a standard Aero Precision assembled upper like any other standard (non-M4E1) Aero Precision assembled upper, but it cost less because they call it an Arm or Ally assembled upper.

“I bought this for a 9mm build. This receiver appears to be good. My barrel was a little more snug than other builds, but I actually liked this. Only one note for 9mm builds... I intend to remove the dust cover due to how difficult it is to charge a round with the door shut. The 9mm bolt does not pop it open without an uncomfortable amount of force.”
