Monmouth's $48.99 price for a stripped Gen 1 upper is a steal but when mine (promptly) arrived it was a complete upper (forward assist & dust cover installed). I can't say you'll get the complete upper at the stripped price but suffice to say that www.monmouthreloading.com has been added to by firearms bookmark list.”
