The unique clamping design is a bit of a booger to set compared to caps that pull straight down, as scope twists as you tighten, but once you get past that it looks great and really clamps very well.”
“I think what I like best about these mounts is their attachment to the rail. There are 3 SQUARE lugs which engage the rail to resist recoil. The cross bolts thread into these lugs. Return to zero should be right on every time with the square to square engagement. I also like the fact that there no large knobs or bolts protruding from the sides. The machine head bolts are recessed into the clamping bar giving a very streamlined profile.
