“Have not installed barrel on receiver yet, this is a pin and weld so I am waiting on shims to install muzzle device but the barrel seems to be well made and looks very nice . This barrel has the 750 gas block and medium contour but it's still very light.

James, we've looked for any emails from you regarding this but haven't seen any in our Customer Service inbox. Ballistic Advantage has an accuracy guarantee. Simply contact them if you're not getting the sub-MOA accuracy. Furthermore, there's a troubleshooting guide on their website, as well as ours on each product page if you're having trouble with the accuracy. Sometimes these things are just simple fixes.

Holding up well after ~1000 rounds of full-auto fire from my M16 RR, combined with a 12" M-LOK M4E1 upper/handguard 12" M-LOK combo and a Toolcraft 5.56 black nitride BCG (w/ Carpenter 158 bolt).
No formal accuracy testing done - a 25-yard (max distance for my local indoor range) ten-shot group (semi-auto) from an offhand position was "minute-of-index-card" (3" x 5") accurate, sufficient for my blasting purposes. I'm sure it would do better from a rested position.”
